Wg Cdr Shri SK Chadda (Retd.) is the visionary Founder and Chairman of Precitech Systems. With a distinguished background and decades of leadership experience, he has been the guiding force behind the company since its inception in 1995. Under his expert guidance, Precitech Systems has evolved into a premier provider specializing in the design, development, and manufacture of custom-built electronics and mechanical assemblies. His strategic acumen and deep understanding of both technology and market trends continue to inspire the organization toward excellence, collaboration, and growth.

Mr. Vikram Chadda
Vikram joined Precitech in 1995 after graduating in Electronics Engineering from VIT. Electronics was not only his academic stream but passion that led him to stir Precitech’s growth by mastering the design capabilities of core products. His commitment and deep involvement in Sales, Designing and being the face of company earned Precitech the trust of all customers and the name in power electronics field.
Vikram took over as CEO of the Precitech in 2008, as a paragon of visionary leadership and innovative prowess in the field of switch mode power supply and mast manufacturing. Under his dynamic stewardship, the organization has not only flourished but has also set new benchmarks in the industry.
He formed Astro Technoligies (Kotdwar, Uttrakhand) in 2009 to support manufacturing capabilities of Precitech.
In 2012 he co-found Pooja Precision, Bangalore, Karnataka and continues to be a leading partner and torch bearer. Pooja Precision is ISO 9001 2015 and AS9100 (Aerospace Management System) qualified is well known in the field of manufacturing Circular Connectors and their accessories which make up for most of the connecting solutions in the filed of Military/Defence, Telecom, Networking and other wide range applications.
In 2018 he acquired Electro Engineering Enterprises (EEE), Hyderabad, Telangana and has been leading it as CEO since . Electro Engineering Enterprises is an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization specializing in the manufacturing, supply, and import of a wide range of industrial products. Its product offerings include Industrial PCs, Panel PCs, Data Acquisition Systems, Power Supply Systems, and Communication & Networking Products, all designed using high-quality peripherals. EEE are Authorised distributors of ADVANTECH, ICPDAS, IEI, PLANET all situated at TAIWAN, manufacturing state of the art Industrial PC for Telecom, Defence, Space, Nuclear Powerplants Pharma, Security, Traffic Management, Automation and Mining Industry.
